Xbox-3,PS-3, tablets and mobiles, are these your kids choice when asked to play games? Time to give it a very serious thought. If you child is ignoring your push to turn to physical sport try to indulge with them but do not just let it be. Obesity,weakening of eyesight, brain fog, decreased concentration and crankiness all these are the repercussion of kids ignoring physical sports.

  • Physical well being:

No doubt it’s obvious but it is the most vital reasons. Active sports regulate the blood flow,the endocrine system and muscle strength. When all these elements are in harmony in the body, the organs, the brain and the moods, all function well.
Once the kids taste the benefits of playing sports they will cling to them without needing a push from you. They may not understand the science behind it but their body and mind will start craving for the activity. What more would you need!!

 

  • Learn socializing:

Remember this is no disorder.
Are you worried that why your child is not social? Video games, TV and all have secluded the kids from the real world. You are the only one who can make them realize what socializing is, but throwing a party will not work. Take them out, make them watch how kids play and interact. Playing naturally develops social skills and team spirit in the kids. Just be patient. They may resent, come back crying or hitting some child but you’ve just got to be patient.
