Do Instagram posts of your favorite actor really motivate you to workout?

Talk about Hollywood, Bollywood or any glam industry for that matter; what is the first thought that strikes your mind when you see actors sharing their workout regimes?

“They have all day long to do workouts!”

Probably the biggest excuse we make for not working out our body!

Every time our favorite celebrity makes a workout post on Instagram, we’re flattered completely but the second moment we think to our self that its their job!

Sweet escape for all of us but a sweaty one for all the hard workers!

Trust me guys their life is much more than workouts, anytime and anyday!

Its actually tough to work out between marathon movie shoots, production meetings, publicity commitments and then travel.

But some of our favorites make sure that they just don’t crush their workouts; but also broadcast it to their fans just to prove that they’re putting in the hard work even during the days they don’t wish to.

Now who wouldn’t aspire for bodies like these?

Everybody of us, if giving an option to not work hard but still reap these awesomely amazing results! Hehe.. 😛

But how many of us actually take these inspirations seriously?

Studies reveal that not very significant amount of people make a move to hit the gym by getting motivated by these workout videos.

And if you don’t push yourself to the gym, how do you think you’ll be able to achieve that physique?

Now lets understand why most of us fail?

While a lot of money is being spent on actors in terms of their personal training and diets, and certainly we cant match up with it at any cost, there are some more reasons why we fail-

  1. Dedication-

The first step to fitness is sacrificing your bad habits, unnecessary social gatherings and being dedicated to a strict plan.

Seems easier to follow when heard but it actually takes a lot more pain to abide by it which most of us fail at and hence “Not-so-Jaw dropping-body”

 

  1. Pain is gain-

The importance to understand that pain is essential to bring change is what most people tend to ignore!

Its better to suffer the pain today and live a stronger life ahead than lead a weak life and eventually suffer in the end.

 

  1. Persistence-

A physique isn’t something you can buy, borrow or inherit. And in order to build one, you need to indulge in a habit of workout. Which obviously requires time, effort and patience.

You can’t just gym for a month or two and expect shocking results. So while you start with workout, you need to keep calm and make continuous efforts and then expect results later on.

 

  1. Consistency-

Aiming for a good body is a combination of a lot many things. One essential one is being Consistent. If you don’t put in regular hard work, you lose!

Always remember that physiques don’t last long until continuous efforts are being made, no matter how much you may put yourself into drugs, supplements etc.

 

  1. Strict diet-

Unlike us, actors keep a strict and regular check at all what they consume in order to attain the physique we all fall for.
It includes eliminating themselves from the unlimited social gatherings, controlling their mid day or midnight cravings etc.
